This saturday afternoon/evening Athletics Wanganui is hosting an open athletics meeting at Cooks Gardens, Wanganui. This concludes the week long Young Olympians camp held annually for a number of years and will bring a large number of our current and future athletics stars together, competing against all-comers.

There has been requests for a race walk event and it has been added to the programme but we are short of a couple of preferably graded race walk judges. I am sorry about such short notice but I was only rung  late last evening. Can you please help out.

They are also short of experienced officials for the other athletic disciplines and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
