Last evening under a clear sky with a light cooling breeze over 700 athletes of varying abilities took to the streets of Palmerston North for the fifth in the seven event series of 7km walks/runs organised by the Manawatu Striders Club under the sponsorship of Vautiers Pharmacy, strongly supported by another sponsor, Yoplait who handed out sixpacks of their yoghurt to all competitors and officials.
