Hi Ouida, Welcome to the Kiwiwalkers group. There is a quality article
about preparing for your first marathon but I cannot remember the web site
at the moment. I have just a few minutes ago emailed the author of the
article to get the web address for you and I will let you know as soon as I
get a reply.
Regards and best wishes for the new year, Paul Godbaz.
P.S. Please come back on line and let us all know a bit about yourself,
we are all interested. Don't be bashful. We all had to start somewhere and
usually we are not as fast or walking-efficient as we would like others to
believe we might be. We are all human and all skite but we have a fabulous
small bunch of people who really enjoy our involvement in competitive
walking no matter what our ability or lack of ability. Just remember that
all competitive walkers are, in every sense, true athletes.
