First of all, Killer Body man. You're a picture of fitness and
sculputred muscle.
a couple of questions:
What are your stats? I didn't see them anywhere on the fan site.
can you share your leg, chest and arm work outs.
what's your build without/prior to bodybuilding
Your help is appreciated. I'm recently returning to the gym.
Hey, Kevin, and everyone else out there. What's up ? Kevin, have you
any particular plans for competition in 2006 ? We would certainly
like to know, if you do.
To JB, who just chanced across Kevin's fan club, I thought I would add
that Kevin, in addition to his being a superior natural bodybuilder,
is an extremely nice person, which isn't that common in bodybuilding
circles these days. So you chanced across a real gem.
Kevin, will you be at Musclemania's Superbody in Miami this year ?
I'll be there again this year, shooting away. Please let us know what
your competition plans are for 2006.

Hi folks
I don't know what's happened. I was browsing the internet and I
came across some pictures of Kevin. Before I knew it had happened I
had pressed the buttons, and to my surprise, I was a member of the
Kevin Love Fan Club. I have never joined a fan club in my life –
it's just not the sort of thing I do. Either it was a silly
mistake, or I was following my instincts.
And then I had a good look, and realised I was glad to be showing my
support for young Mr Love. I think my instincts were right!
He has the body of a Greek god (cast in bronze, of course, rather
than carved in marble.) At the same time as he is massively strong,
he does not look like a plumped up, oven ready turkey, like so many
body builders. And to judge by his pictures he is a friendly, good
looking and stylish guy.
What is more he has the courtesy to reply to messages sent to him –
he is clearly thoughtful and honest in his messages, and takes the
trouble to write in full length sentences.
He says that he was disappointed at the results of the Musclemania
competition, but he says it without any self pity.
Don't let it get you down, Kevin. You make a lot of people glad:
keep in shape, and you never know what the future may hold.
Whatever it is, I wish you and yours the very best in the future,
whatever it may hold. I'm really glad to be your fan!
Joe

Dear Kevin and all your fans
Just a line to wish you all a Happy New Year. I just stumbled on
Kevin's Yahoo site and am delighted to see a really dedicated young man
with a nice smile on his face.
Keep up the good work Kevin. Next time you are in England skip London,
come up to Manchester, lots more fun!
Regards Mike
Hope you are enjoying the holidays. Personally, I just came back after spending most of the last 2 months in London. My training has been sporadic at best...which in the long run is a good thing. It gives my body a much needed rest. I always stay within 15 pounds of my competition weight.
As of right now, I am not sure of my competition plans...due to the fact that Musclemania seems to have made a turn for the worse. I mean, the guy that won in MM World....was clearly chemically enhanced. His gyno was glearing from the photos that I saw. Yet, they still gave him the trophy over other great natural athletes.
If you have not heard...MM Pro's are not allowed anymore to compete in other organizations, or else we will lose our pro card. So we'll see. Take care.

How is everything? Yes, I will be taking the rest of this year off...I was planning to do the Cali Show, but the recent hurricane we had here in florida...set me back quite a bit. I still do not have electricity in my home. Therefore I am more than likely gonna take the rest of the year off. I will defiinatley make you aware of my next move. Take care, and God Bless.

Have you any ideas where you will compete in 2006 ?
LOL.
It's a fictitious character, that looks just like Kevin Love.

I've heard of fan fiction for made-up characters (like
comic book characters or TV characters) but never for
a real person. Sounds kinda weird to me. How much
could someone possibly know about another person to
write an accurate story?

Fiction about what we'd like to see in a video / short film starring
Kevin Love. I'm thinking an action role of some sort. With plenty of
muscle of course.

In that case then do you think that it is a viscious circle success
breading success and because that success came in part from
artificially enhanced muscle that people wrongly think that this is OK
You mentioned risk vs results ( Now I do not know what sort of prize
money is involved in body building but....)
Do people actually see the risk being worth a result?
I find that it is sad in this modern day and age of the instant result
that good folks should feel this way .
Is there an element of greed involved as I said prior iam not sure how
much prize money is involved here and as I undetrstand it from what
iam told and have read, and I quote "there really is no such thing as
a pure natural body builder these days"
i find that sad as I do people not getting a job on their
talents/qualifications alone. Even at university they encourage you
to "network".
Well I'll leave off on this topic now i thank you for responses and
the swift ness of your replies.
This could also relate to people and their ego's and images of
themselves always be your self I was always told sdon't worry about
what other people think of you.
( lol now wer;e getting to phycological/phillosophical lol)

My honest opinion...RISK VERSUS REWARD. There is not enough reward
in bodybuilding to risk playing around with steroids, GH, etc.
There may be a half a dozen bodybuilders on the circuit today that
are considered "Wealthy". Everyone else is just scraping by. Now
if I was Barry Bonds or any other wealthy professional
athlete...would I consider...sure I would. Again, risk versus
reward.
Personally, I have never used any illegal substances...not to say I
wasn't close. In my earl 20's, I considered it...luckily it was too
expensive and I could not afford it...which also gave me more time
to think about how dumb I was to consider taking steroids. There
are so many things to consider when a person thinks about taking
these illegal subtances...Your health, career(whatever that may be),
family, last but not least YOUR HEAD. I have seen one to many guys
lose it because of the ups and downs that happens physically when
taking steroids. Mentally, moset people can't deal with that.
One thing to consider for the natural athlete that decides they want
to "try it"...think about this...Most of the people that I have
known to have tried it and seen the immediate benefits of it...1)
They stay on..or..2) They stop training completely because they got
spoiled with the easy gains. Food for thought...

Hi John,
In some aspects, steroids will be here to stay. It is up to the
individual organizations to clean up their act. The NFL has done a
great job...and if anyone needs to use them, it's them..lol.
Bodybuilders are on a whole different level, mainly because the
amounts they use compered to the average joe is no comparison. So to
take it out of bodybuilding all together, but still keep its fans is
impossible. The average fan out there still thinks guy like Ronnie
Coleman is natural...no bullshit. So bodybuilding has its work cut
out. Bodybuilders are like chemists...they are on the cutting edge of
getting around drug tests and so forth...so again...boydbuilding has a
tough job ahead.
The bottom line is that every organization has to take a firm stance
to clean up their backyard, so to speak. On another note, if stop and
take a look at most of the fitness/gym magazines...all u see now is
mostly natural or natural looking atheletes. That is a step in the
right direction. Take care John.
Hi Kevin what is your opinion of drugs in sport and steroid use in
body building in particular.
Our nation al football league over here has just comp, lied with the
WADA ( i hope thats right)after a long and un neccessary protraction
but they still seem to have problems with "recreational drugs"
Should sport not now be broken up inot those who use enhancing drugs

I just updated the photo albums with a few photos from the Musclemania
Superbody 2005 that was held in Miami, Fl 6/25/2005. In my next post
I will exlain everything that went down. Take care.
First off, I want to give a warm welcome to those that have joined.
My travel schedule has been going crazy the last few weeks, that is
why I have not been able to post. Enough about that. I would like to
take this time to give a open invitation to any and all questions you
may have and discuss any subjects you may want to talk about,
training, nutrition, supplements, personal questions, etc.
So now what I would like, is for everyone that has joined, to take the
time to formely introduce youself. Hope to hear from you all.
Keep it Real, Keep it Natural,
Kevin Love
I've just posted the first 50 of many, many pics of the Miami
Superbody show, and these include several of Kevin Love. Find them in
a new feature at
http://www.musclephotos.com
Lots of new photo articles about these bodybuilders will be going up,
one-by-one, over the next few months. Hopr you enjoy the photos.
Check out the new pics of Kevin on musclephotos.com. We're a little
slow in getting things done. Kevin is preparing for the Musclemania
Superbody show this coming weekend. We'll have an introductory message
from him soon --probably after that show.
He's a great bodybuilder, athletic, really built, and a fine example
of what a superb natural bodybuilder should be. We'll have lots of
contest pictures of him on musclkephotos.com after the Miami Superbody
contest this coming weekend.
