What's up everybody? I hope everyone has had a happy holidays. I
have been off the scene for a while, but that is about to change. I
have my sights on competing this summer, but I am not sure what show I
will be doing. My workouts have been great, and my body have vastly
improved. I will keep everyone up-to-date on my next moves.
Regarding the Superbody in June? I am not sure if I will doing that
particular show for several reasons that I do now want to dislose as
of yet. Anyways, I will be monitoring this webstie more
frequently...so if you have any questions, I promise I will respond
