I can't believe how this day turned out. I was just getting used to
seeing races without Kenny, and was just LOVING watching Mikey Waltrip
heading for victory lane. And now this. When I saw Tony's wreck, I held
my breath, because it scared the crap out of me. Especially when they
showed the first in car camera shot after the wreck, and Tony wasn't
moving. I said silent prayers for him until I saw that he was okay. I
just can't believe that Dale is actually gone. This is just devastating.
God must have needed Dale in Heaven more than we needed him down here.
God must have a pretty good race going on up there now. He went and
picked the most competitive guy around. Dale will surely be missed, and
my thoughts and prayers are with his family and many friends right now.
