Hi Jerry.
I read your blog on the 7th and was happy that you posted "A Child's Bracelet" again. I thought the 7th this time around was more difficult because it was a Friday. I found myself hoping that all of the drivers would be safe that day when practicing.
I still miss Kenny and still think of the 42 as his car. I can't believe that Juan Pablo Montoya will be driving it next year. This year at Bristol and Martinsville I wore a lanyard with my Kenny pins on it. I hope that one or two people saw it and thought of him. I'm going to do that for every race I attend. I don't want anything to happen to my Kenny hats now since they're almost impossible to replace, but the pins are durable and also serve as a reminder.

As I do every July seventh, I posted "A Child's Bracelet" in my blog:

I also have a podcast going (the link's on the blog), and in the one
recorded today as I write this (July 11th) I read "A Child's
Bracelet." I didn't do as good of a job with it as I wanted to, but
at least it's there.
