Skeet, I spoke with Dan at Zblock, Very Helpful Guy! We were pretty much on the
same page with all of our numbers in the engine. We are doing something he's
never done and that's use the Total Seal rings. He wants a little feedback on
how they work out for us. Last motor realized 133hp on the dyno, we're hoping to
get a little closer to 140 with this one. Next Tues. it goes to the dyno, we'll
find out then. I'll keep you guys posted, who knows it might blow-up on the
dyno.
Thanks Again, Roger
> Hey Skeet, Thanks for the #, We have to work within a Rulebook! As usual, WE
already have the thinner gaskets in and that's what we came up with, We need to
find out if that's enough. As far as RPM, we're limited, No porting, no
polishing, no bigger valves. We already run these motors up against the stock
rev limiter at the end of the straightaway. We run re-mapped Power commanders to
allow for the extra fuel from the dual fuel injection setup. Last season we
burned pistons in 7 of these motors, till we found out we were to lean on the
mapping at top end. I'll give them a call and see what they have to say.
Thanks Again, Roger
