Heres the only thing you need to buy http://www.electrosport.com/street/speedometers.php  If you get one write me and I will walk you through instalation. The coolest thing about it is if you regear your bike (and you really should have already droped a tooth on the front sprocket) you can readjust the speedo to be dead on. Its speed is totally adjustable. It really not hard to do. You need a drill and a dremell. A small peice of aluminum and a way to cut the aluminum (snips) I have pics I can send you.
