I am a pretty marginal mountain biker and
I love the 4-mile trail. I do have to walk parts, but it is super scenic
and some of the rock challenges are fun. If you are up for Cedar Creek/Whiskey
Flat then I think you are up for the river trail. Finally, that trail has
by far the best camping spots.

Thanks guys for the beta. Great stuff. I am glad i asked. I don't know if my
buddy is up for this kind of ride, though. I may have to opt for some other
series of trails for my overnighter. Of course we could always walk those parts
of the trail that are too hairy.......
