Re: [KRV-MTB] Is Camp Nelson do able yet?

There are a few trails in the area.

The nelson trail is the standard ride. It starts in "quaking aspen"
campground which is about .5 miles north of the Ponderosa
(bar/store/gas/motel). It finishes in Camp nelson. It is a downhill
with no significant climbs.

It can also be started by accessing a back road which takes you around
to the other side of the meadow. This way you go downhill on a fire
road with some water bar jumps till you get the junction of the Nelson
trail, where you will want to turn left.

Great stuff.
