It has been a while since we have heard from each other but I wanted to
say hello and hope that everyone is doing well and your training is
progressing. If you are looking for growth then train and study as
much as possible. I am a member of the ISKK(International Seito
Karate Kyokai) Shihankai and it is a growing society of Karate-ka who
research and study the art of Karate-do of Japan. I would implore you
to consider it's membership and the benefits to be had.
