I wanted to welcome new members. There is a lot of experience on
this site so if you have questions please ask. I currently have
three KMX X class trikes and 5 k class trikes that me and my
children ride. these are great to ride, They are fun and I rent
them in the summer. People ask if these are tough. Yes! I have
rented thousands ranging from ages 4 to 84 and the majority being
teenagers and children. They are popular and have the Wow factor
that my other trikes haven't gotten.
I had a Wizwheel, and catrike pocket and now have a Trike II from
USA recumbent. The KMX has a ride that you can not experience from
any other trike. They are stable (i have gone 41 mph downhill) and
the steering is 'sure'. When properly adjusted, the steering will
have a 'sweet spot' that will want to keep the wheels straight. You
can go a lot faster than 41 if your heart is in it.
I like the fact we are gaining in membership. I hope the new
members will start to post photos (as well as the older members).
Most of us talk little and you may not get information for weeks but
that doesn't mean you can't talk now. I look forward to our
