   Hi its me Jody. I am still around and have been thinking about the group lately. I ran into Mary P last weekend (literally). I would like to meet up again with the group on Sundays. Is the time still 7am at Macin Park (NKC). I can be better reached at

Hey KCNR,

In honor of David Bryant's Birthday & Flag Day and due to the fact that it is starting to get really warm & humid in the mornings, let's plan on starting our summer Sunday runs at 7:00am beginning this Sunday - June 14th. It will allow us to take advantage of the cooler temps early. Great job, to all of you that ran Hospital Hill last weekend!!! Ron, Tom, Dan & myself (and Riley too) enjoyed cheering you all on, up Broadway hill!!!=o)

I would also like to start getting some volunteers to sign of for drink duty for after the Sunday runs. Thanks!!
