KC Northland Runners is a running group originated and dedicated to those who wish to run in the Northland. We run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm, from Macken Park on the south side parking lot across from NKC High School track. Pace times and distances vary. We also run at 7:00 am on Sunday mornings during the summer, (8AM during the cooler months) also from Macken Park, on the west side of the park by the restrooms.

Friendship and companionship in running are forefront in our search for running fitness.

This forum has been set up as a way for our members to share ideas, thoughts, questions, and issues. While we try to maintain the running theme in our discussions, it is not limited solely to running.
