I would like to take a moment and thank several people... Clinton Parks and Recreation for their hard work and service to JMC and the cycling community, Bruce and Jeff for their dedication and hard work, Creole for catering (the food was delicious), Indian Cycles and the Bike Rack for door prizes, Revolution for being on hand (just in case), Conrad for helping me with the Fun Ride (even if their was only one person, it was still great), and all the volunteers (including Andrea, Cameron, and Dianne).

Before JMC, I never realized how much energy and manpower it takes to put a ride together. It is truly a group effort.

We also had several new members, some of which had never participated in a group ride. We also had individuals whose personal best was set today. A big CONGRATULATIONS goes to Andrew Hammond! He will be one of six on a team from the US, competing in Canada.

And lastly, I want to thank everyone who rode today. JMC and the cycling community would not be what it is now without YOU! You make Jackson and MS standout among other states because of your dedication to the sport.
