Laura will be conducting four clinics before the triathlon season begins. Topics include breathing comfortably, sighting, stroke mechanics, and training.

Time: 9:30 am-11:30 am

Register by emailing Laura at swimgirl@jam.rr.com. Clinics limited to 10 swimmers. You need to be able to swim 25 yards of the pool to participate.
