Special Event on March 18th with Jack Quinns Running Club
In honor of St. Patrick's day we are wearing green. The greener and more St. Patrick's themed the better.  Make sure to wear your Jack Quinn's shirt or 5k on St. Patrick's Day shirt. Also, New Balance is coming to Jack Quinn's on Tuesday the 18th to let us try on shoes to test out on the run. This will be free if our members want to try on shoes.

Be Kind and Watch for Pedestrians
Downtown Colorado Springs is usually busy with foot traffic every Tuesday night, and can sometimes be overcrowded with downtown patrons.  Please give space to these other pedestrians on the sidewalk  during the run. Don't rush, push, squeeze, sweat, or otherwise terrify our fellow pedestrians during the run.  Rather than dodge foot traffic you can avoid most people by continuing South on Cascade until Pikes Peak Ave, one block before Jack Quinn's.
