Hey Spinnners:
I'd love to see some dialogue on spinning. Help!
I'm not and ice skater and working on a Two-Foot Spin with old
rockered Rollerblades.

I've read How To Jump and Spin On In-Line Skates" by Jo Ann and have
been working on the technique of left toe pull, right heel push.

Now I can enter a spin like that and spin pretty well for a few or so
revoltions. The challenge is to keep spinning.

Yesterday I tried spacing my skates about one-and-a-half feet apart
and balancing weight between and that helped.

I think my questiona are:
"How does one keep up the inertia to keep spinning?"

"What, aside from arms in, is the upper body doing to create
spinning?"

or

Anything else that I can try that will help me generate the spin!!

Thanks,

Karl'sBad Skate Guy
