My PIC Skates came out with ABEC 3 bearings and plastic spacers. I found out
that improving to ABEC 5 and aluminium spacers improved the speed. Maybe you can
try ABEC7 to gain more speed but I wonder if the Pic skates are still
controllable? I know I won't be able to control them.
