The March 16th
IDPA club match will be held at the SCFGPA indoor range. The match
will be a classifier.
We will have two classifier stages set up to allow for six shooters per
hour. Starting at noon, shooters will be assigned by hour in the order the
reservations are received.
Shooters are REQUIRED to
be at the range at least fifteen minutes before their assigned slot for sign
ins - briefings etc. Shooters who are late will forfeit their slot to
anyone on the waiting list and may not get the chance to shoot.
Do not be late, the Safety Officers, Scorekeeper, and most
importantly (from my perspective) the Match Director are donating their
free time to get you through, if you can not respect that, by being on time to lend
a hand, please stay home.
1st priority are shooters that are already signed up for
sanctioned matches, (the NJ or PA State for example). Followed by shooters that
have never shot the classifier before. And the third priority will be
shooters who are already classified and want to shoot again to improve their
position, add a new division to their card, or just because they are only
allowed out of the house once a month to shoot.
When you shoot the classifier no concealment garment is necessary, but
you should have at least four magazines (five or six is better). If you need
magazines, moon clips or holsters (try Ebay
or MidwayUsa )This speeds up the stage
since your squad mates will be with you until the entire squad is done, (sorry
folks who like to shag out early leaving the clean up to someone else.. no helpy
no scorey) The online reservation form for the classifier can be found here
If all goes well we will be doing the scoring as you finish and
uploading it live to the IDPA website.
