Nationals dates?   Message List

Re: [ITF-INOS] Re: Nationals dates?

I will do some research into costs for the Salt Lake area.  How many rings should we expect to be running at the nationals (4 or 5)?  And should we plan on just 1 day or 2 days for the tournament events?

Also, if we do decide to host it in Las Vegas, I could have some rooms available at my timeshare if I made reservations soon enough.  If we only need the room for 1 or 2 nights, I could possibly reserve up to 10 rooms.  And, I could possibly get anything from a studio (sleeps 2) up to a 3 bedroom (sleeps 8).

The cost of these rooms for a 2-night stay would range from approximately $100 for the studio to $275 for a 3 bedroom.

If Vegas becomes the plan, I will send out more information on the rooms for anyone that is interested.

Mr. Harding,

Thanks for the offer as well as others. Nothing is finalized. There are many things to
consider. The most important one is that all INO have to opportunity to participate and
that is reasonable to travel. Cost is a factor, timing and the coordination between the
INOs. We're thinking about Vegas, because it might be cheaper to fly into from around the
country. We might also find in-expensive hotel rooms, but other venues are not out of the
questions. Help me do some leg work tell me why we should go to a certain areas. Cost,
convinces will be a factor. The other INOs would also have to agree. Thanks.
