Mr. Cashatt's school in Pennsylvania.
Thanks to Ms. Deb Risko of UTF, all info on hotel and transportation
is below; please note that the Hotel will release the block of rooms
at the special price if not reserved by February 9th--that's THREE
MORE DAYS!
On last checking with my office in California, I am told we have TWO
confirmed registrations--I know that there will be many more coming,
but I would appreciate the confirmations as soon as you can...

My apologies for delay in sending this out--I have been en route to Palenque (Chiapas, México) on business, and internet availability has not been reliable. For some in the Phoenix group, this will be my first communication about the event, unless you have been forwarded the information by Master Tompkins.
First, Thanks to both Mr. Benedetto and Mr. Cashatt for offering their schools for the event.
I understand that after discussion between instructors in the area, we have settled on Mr. Cashatt's school. Thanks to great effort by Ms. Deb Risko, of the United Taekwon-Do Federation, we have settled on Mr. Cashatt's school. Sas also made hotel arrangements, and given us all of the shuttle information for those flying into Philadelphia. Here is the information:

The closest hotel is approximately 6 miles from the school and just off the
turnpike. They have meeting rooms, suites, etc.
Ms. Risko blocked off 25 rooms at a special rate of $85 per night. They will need
reservations confirmed by Feb 9 or they will release the room block.

Therefore, we need to get our hotel reservations made as soon as possible. I am making the reservations for myself, Master Galarraga, and Master Maidana, so there are plenty left.
I would appreciate if completed applications could be sent as soon as possible to my office in California--my secretary there, Ms. Majida Hamulic, has instructions to keep me updated by email as they come in. I will be back in my office on February 13th.
