Lori, not running long but if anyone is interested in running the Penguin
Classic, around lake Quanapowitt in Wakefield to support the Angel Flight
organization it would be great.
It starts at 12:30 at the Comverse building at the lake.

This could be a little.speed workout tomorrow .
