Sunday run from the new Dunkee's across form Viking Tree? It supposed to
be nice and cool. Planning on 7:30 AM for an easy 5-6 miles. Let me know

It's not too late to consider the Cape Ann 25K on Monday which John
Intorcio mentioned in a previous email. As of last night, you could still

John is piloting the club van which leaves headquarters at around 7:00
