My FFL (The $12.50 guy) dropped off the copy of the FFL at my home so
I could send it to the seller. When he received the equipment, he came
to my home to deliver it and complete the paperwork and register it. I
tried to pay him $20.00 for all his personal service, but he refused.
He said his objective was to build up a clientele so that when he
retired in a few years he could open up his own place and have a lot
of happy customers as a start. I've used him twice and I'm a very
happy customer.

As for the guy who charges $5.00, I can't vouch myself. I heard it
from a member of one of the forums I frequent.
