Carl, Thanks, that helps. I have a scrap set of engine cases where the idler shaft was spit out of the top of the engine, and I'd really like to avoid that....

the cable that i had bought did not have the nut adjuster on it finalley got the right cable that has that adjusting nut and it worked thanks chuck smith...
