Hi Mark , Here's a site that has been put together by one of our Husky grp.
....you'll have to dig thru the issues of the Husky Club Newsletters and in one
of the issues there is one on frames/era/style/modifications e.t.c.... I have
yet to read it...but I bet it will tell you what you want to know. Or call John
Levefere @ Vintage Husky ......km

I agree, I have tried the pyramid seals and the only thing they are good at is separating you from your money.

I knew a guy that had a titanium frame for that year. Triple clamps, frame and swingarm were two fingers light. It was impressive.

Vets don't look at those words as hollow, they look at you as fellow Americans, patriots for feeling that way and saying it.  Hearing that tells them you have their back and it makes them  more committed to protecting this country,  the same way civilian patriots do.  Vets hear that and know that but for a different set of circumstances those patriots would have put on the uniform and  served. Vets look at people that say  those words as equals in a love for this country that domestic enemies will never know.  They're not hollow my friend, they're much appreciated.  Forgive me for waxing corny.

Not being a vet, much less having combat experience, I can only imagine what it's like and the sacrifices that have been made, so to me it feels a bit hollow, but I wanted to say thank you to all of you who have served and especially to those families who have lost loved ones in service of our country.

What does a Tire - Size: 5.30-17 equate to ? 120-17" or 110-17"

Thanks Rob

I have no doubt about what tires to run. I suggest the Pirelli MT16 110/100X18
rear and the matching front. These are older pattern tires based on the
original MT07 & MT08. Newer carcass and rubber compounds make this a tire than
not only look good and like it should on a vintage bike but works great. Good
enough that I like running them on my modern bikes. Sadly they don't have a size
for 125cc bikes and it better be a STRONG 175 to pull one. On the newer post
vintage Husky with the 17" rear, I go with IRC tires in the VE33 & VE35F style.
These look like the original Trelleborgs that came on many of these and work
very well at a economical price.
There is my 2 cents,
Dwight Rudder

brands, as well.

I agree,,The Bridgestone 404 is also a light tire.

Your Mag will pull a 110/100 x 18 with no problems. I like to use the Bridgestone 404....good traction and wears well. Brian
