This is what is says in the book.

Two way hydraulic-damped telescopic fork, 6 inches movement. Oil capacity: 6 oz. (0.2)lit.) per fork leg. Oil recommendation: Engine oil SAE 20-50 depending on temperature riders and cource.

I have an original manual from 1973 that covers 125cc-450cc. I'm going to transfer it to a disc, so if you need anything else let me know and I will do my best to gat the info to you.
