So I did this vertical training program a few years ago, and at the
end of the 15 week program I was basically able to dunk a basketball.
Im bringing it back this week. It starts off pretty easy, but gets
exceedingly brutal every week. It's a lot easier if we have a bunch
of people doing it, and we can push each other. If you are interested
