We have a lot going on this Sat.  We have sparring practice this Sat. at Sensei Rachel's dojo (Family Martial Arts Center) @ 1:30 followed by grappling for those who want to stay.  Please do your best to be on time so that Rachel can start our grappling lesson as scheduled.

 

Kenny has also graciously offered to teach Kaju free of charge for those who are serious about learning the art.  Kenny will start class at noon on Sat. at Sensei Rache'ls dojo before the sparring session begins.  If you know of anyone else who would want to train please call Kenny or respond to this e-mail.
