| Hey Guys, We have sparring practice this Sat. 8/15, starting at 2:30pm. Master Po and CharlAnne will again be assisting Sifu Kenny. Tang Soo Do practice (kata) will follow sparring for those of you who want to continue your training in that form. Welcome back Mister Kim!! : ) Congratulations to Stuart (aka "The Professor") for achieving his red belt rank. Thank you Sensei Rachel for letting us use your studio for sparring drills and sparring this past Tuesday. Thank you Lenny for sharing your awesome collection of Indonesian knives on Tuesday. He will once again be sharing his collection (many of them are for sale) this Sat. before or after practice. Please be aware that Sifu Kenny has graciously reduced the practice fee from $10 to $5 per session. DO NOT FORGET to leave your money on the table before you leave!! Thank you! Mineyo |
