| Hi Guys, We have a special sparring practice session with Ron Pohnel (aka Master Po) this coming Sat. 7/25, at 2:30pm. Master Po will be subbing for Sifu Kenny as he will be off the island that day. Please be prompt so you can get the maximum benefit from your training with the man who made it all happen, the founder of Honolulu Sparring Club. Thanks to Instructor James for leading the drill session last week with awesome kicking techniques. Drills to continue this week. Welcome Rodrigo and Katrina from Ohana Martia Arts on Maui. They will both be starting school here on Oahu this year Thank you to Sensei Rachel for holding a special sparring session at her studio (Family Marital Arts Center) this past Tuesday with special guest Luis Banuelos.
