Hey Guys,
We have sparring practice this Sat., tomorrow, 6/27 starting at 2:30pm.
We are fortunate to have Professor Lee conduct another knife and/or stick training session from 4:30-5:30 right after sparring practice. If we have some time we may do a short drill session prior to the knife training.
Thank you to Sensei Rachel for the opportunity to train at her studio this Tuesday.
