Hey Guys,

Sorry to inform all of you that sparring practice/dills will be cancelled tomorrow, Sat. 6/20. Sifu Kenny will be off the island training and will not be available.

We will however have sparring practice followed by a half hour of jiu jitsu starting at 6:30pm this coming Tuesday, 6/23 at Family Martial Arts Center with Sensei Rachel and her students. Please wear a gi if you plan on staying for jiu jitsu.
