| Hey Guys, We have sparring practice followed by drills tomorrow starting at 2:30pm. Thank you to Grandmaster, Sifu Al Dacascos for bringing Zachary and his wife last week. Also welcome to Matthew Yandora. We will also have sparring practice for the first hour followed by jiu jitsu for the remainder half hour starting at 6:30pm this Tuesday, 5/19 at Sensei Rachel Yasui's studio, Family Martial Arts Center, 1030 Queen Street, 2nd floor.
