Hey Guys,
Sorry about the last minute notice, its been a hectic week. We have sparring practice as usual followed by drills tomorrow at our new time 2:30. Please try to make it on time so you can get the full value of your work out.
Those of you that are competing in the upcoming April tournament have some time to perfect your skills. For more practice time besides Sat. and some personal training with Sifu Kenny please see him after class.
