Hey Guys,
This is your last practice/drill session before Christmas. Take a break from the holiday shopping and stress and take a load off. Reminder that the studio does open at 1:30pm with sparring to start at 2:00pm so please come early enough to warm up and stretch out.
Hope to see you at practice. For those of you who can't make it, have a great Christmas and be safe!
