| Hey Guys, We have sparring practice this Sat., the 5th, as usual. Sparring drills will follow for those of us that are interested in staying and working on technique. There is a tournament on July 12th. I hope you all received the info on the upcoming tournament at the Blaisdell. The announcement was sent last week along with the entry form.
