Subject: Sparring club drills/practice tomorrow, Sat.1/26
Hi Guys,
Sifu Kenny is back after conducting a successful seminar in Maui with Ohana Martial Arts. He did however refracture his right hand again. No worries, he will be in class tomorrow to hold practice.
Please bring your focus mitts and kicking sheilds if you have them as we will have drills prior to actual sparring practice.
