Subject: Sparring practice this Sat. Nov. 10

Hey Guys,

 

We have sparring practice this Sat. Nov. 10th in the ballet studio.  Practice starts at 1:30  as usual but this week Sifu Kenny will be opening up the studio at noon for whomever wants to come in early and get some valuable personal training prior to actual practice.

 

Apologies for those of you who showed up last week only to find out that  we couldn't get the room.  There was a miscommunication and Kim was not able to get the key for the room.  We are working on solving this problem so it doesn't happen again.

 

The first of 4 seminar levels was taught last week Sunday by Sifus Al Decascos,  Al Dela Cruz and Mike Young. Those of you who did not attend missed out on some valuable training which involved some new concepts and innovations.  The next seminar will take place in Feb. 2008. More information will be available as we get closer to the next seminar date.  Please don't miss it.
