Hey Guys,
We have sparring drills and sparring practice this Sat., !0/13. Please bring your focus mitts if you have them. If you have a kick pad bring that as well in case we need them for the drills.
Congratulations goes out to Sterling, James and Sifu Ray for competing and placing in the tournament this past Sunday. Sifu Kenny unfortuanately couldn't participate due to breaking his hand practicing with Sterling the week prior. James placed first and Ray placed second in there respective categories and Sterling won the grand.
We are looking at Tommy and Todd to be competing in the next tournament.
