Hey Gang,
Its sparring practice this Sat. 9/22, thats tomorrow, same time and place.
There is an upcoming tournament on Oct. 7th, Sunday at Halawa Gym. Please contact Sifu Kenny for more information. This leaves for just 2 more Saturdays of practice after this weekend so those of you who plan on competing don't have a whole lot of time left......this means YOU, Sterling and Tommy!
 Bring your gear, lets kick some butt! See you Sat.
