You may or may not have realized that Patuxent Publishing (HC Times & Col. Flier) has had a flurry of 50-meter pool coverage in this and last week's paper!  I nearly missed the EDITORIAL in the Flier today -- PLUS the Flier carried a political  CARTOON on this issue!

 

Here's what they've offered in recent coverage -- WOW!!

 

1.   An ARTICLE, "County prodded to ponder building Olympic-size pool" appeared today, 7-17-18 in the HC Times I think (but only in the web version in the Flier ... with an 'Extra! This is TERRIFIC coverage of the issue!!  A windfall of publicity, so let's take advantage of it and please spread the word to your SUMMER swim teams to support this effort by writing letters to Patuxent (hcletters@...) about their 'Our View' Editorial ("Pool of ideas could produce a solution") ---- you may or may not agree with everything they said, so let them know what you think!
