Happy Father's Day and My Cross Posted Martial Kid story   Message List

Aloha and Happy Father's Day to all the hard working loving fathers out there

My son, now seven, and I play a game called Heeya as a form of training for him

I was laying on the floor in the living room grabbing mommy's leg. She yells out

"Help Rylan help" (my son was formally known by his middle name Hunter - his choice)

Rylan gets up off the computer chair, walks over to me and double palm heel strikes me in the gut twice (he knows he's allowed to hit me but no one else except in self-defense), kicks me in the ribs then stomps on my gut as he walks over me.

I'm already laughing thus making it harder to take his strikes and my wife says

"Be careful Rylan"

Rylan looks up at her curiously and says

"I'm okay"

That was it I spent five minutes literally rolling on the floor laughing

Rick
