Description

APBA Baseball fans come in many different varieties. Some love the role of
the General Manager where team building, drafting, trading, and salary
management are the most important elements of a league experience. Others
just want to play the games, making the decisions from the dugout rather
than the executive suite. Drafting, trading, and salary management are not
their cup of tea.

If you are one of those who prefer the Manager in the Dugout experience, then the High Low Computer Winter League may be for you. The league uses 12 teams from the American League organization and combines the rosters of 12 National League teams in reverse order based on winning percentage. Thus, a high winning percentage team from the AL combines its roster with a low winning percentage team from the NL, and you have a High-Low league--no drafting and few trades.
