Greenspeed has packing and unpacking instructions on their website:

Note these directions show the pre 2003 version of the GTO. The newer
ones have handlebars over the frame and a different kingpin assembly
design. But take apart and put together are more or less the same.

The GTO I have here is still just a wrecked and rebuilt frame I bought,
waiting the arrival of some parts to go together. But the above pages
were real helpful sorting out the parts I needed.
