Try sending an E-Mail to Greenspeed.They should have some
tech support.Other folks may have the same problem and
the manufacturer might know the solution.
It is a newer model,so your LBS may not have worked on
any of them yet.

After 10 weeks of riding I think the problem is solved. I took both drive shafts off and wiped up all the oil that was dripped in and then rubbed a good grease...
