I bought my GT3 last spring from The Bike Shop in Lincoln, Nebraska. You're right about the weather. As soon as I bought mine, the weather went bad for a couple of weeks.

I have a couple of questions for the old hands here.

I am useless to you as the answerer of questions. I know virtually nothing about maintenance or technique. But this is such a quiet list, I thought I'd say hi.

1. What portable pump do you use and how do you mount it?

Dunno. But I can admit that a pump would probably be a good thing. My first out of town trip with my trike was camping in the sand hills of Nebraska. I rode from our campsite down the hill, on asphalt, to the bathroom. Maybe 1/4 mile. And got a flat. Did you know that there are sand burs in the sand hills? Me neither.

The biggest problem is in the
cheekbone area from smiling way too much.

Notice I skipped #2 altogether. Like I said, I am probably useless to you. But I've got to admit that the cheekbone ache in the smiling area is factor for me, too. You've got me really looking forward to when the snow melts. Thanks.

For pumps in my opinion it is hard to beat either the Topeak Road Morph or Mountain Morph. They have a pressure gauge and they have a part you can put your...
