Hi
 
I have been unable to access the internet to register for the GWCBR.  Is it too late to register for the free bike option and if not how can I do so??
 
I did the ride last year and want to do so again this year.  I have promised the free bike to my gardener to encourage him to get into bicycling and hope I will still be able to get the free bike.
